Single-estate beans from Yirgacheffe, Huila and Gesha. We visit every farm. We pay for quality, not volume.
A sophisticated café experience where specialty coffee, refined design and meaningful moments come together.
Lumiere is an exercise in restraint — a Parisian-inflected café where every detail is composed to slow the day down. Travertine counters, brass fixtures and the soft hiss of steam.

Slow roasted in small batches at our atelier in the 10ᵉ. Each profile is calibrated weekly to the bean's harvest.
Filtered water at 93°C. A 1:2 ratio. A 28-second extraction. Every cup, every time, by hand.
Laminated over 72 hours with cultured French butter. Baked twice a day — never the day before.

Soft daylight from oversized windows. Brass that has begun to patina. The architecture invites you to stay.

“Good coffee is not a recipe — it is an act of attention. We are simply trying to disappear from the cup.”
Calibration twice daily, by ear and by tongue. The grinder is tuned at sunrise; the milk is rested before steaming.
We refuse anything we cannot serve quietly. No screens, no queues, no rush. The room sets the tempo.
“Quiet, exact and quietly extraordinary.”
Mornings are unhurried. Evenings are softly lit. Reservations are released two weeks in advance.
